Faith Community Nurses of the Diocese of St. Cloud encourage everyone to “Take 5 On World Suicide Prevention Day 2019.”
Take 5 to Save Lives is a public awareness campaign run by the National Council for Suicide Prevention in support of World Suicide Prevention Day. The goal of the campaign is to encourage everyone to take 5 simple actions steps that focus on preventing the tragedy of suicide.
